Types of Stress
Learn about the four different types of stress, symptoms of each and how our mind and bodies react to each one.
This level is all about the Stress System. You'll learn how our bodies respond when they are actively stressed and what a rested stress system looks like.
Active and Rested States
In this level, you'll learn how to use a critical tool for building your mind-body connection to better manage stress.
Exercises to Build Mindset
This level will introduce you to more exercises and techniques that are effective for building habits to help you better manage stress.
Introduction to Triggers and Rules
In this level, you’ll learn all about the Rules (or beliefs) and Triggers that are part of our Stress System.
Stress Trigger Mind-Map
Explore your Rules and Triggers to understand where they originate.
Learn more about what and why your Stress System gets activated. You’ll also get a better understanding of why you get frustrated when expectations aren’t met.
Introduction to The Critic
In this level, you will be introduced to The Critic who constantly says that you are simply not good enough. You’ll learn how to silence the negative chatter.
Amplification to Storylines
Explore how negative thoughts are spun into storylines by your Stress System through the practice of Amplification mind-mapping.
Introduction to The Perfectionist
In this level, you’ll be introduced to The Critic’s partner, The Perfectionist and examine how they work together to create stress in your life.
Perfectionism says “Do more, Be more”. In this level, you’ll learn how to silence the never-ending quest for perfection.
